In Catedral de Fe we believed that God has called us to show His love to others, not matter their beliefs, race, age or circumstances. We had been called to share the existence of God’s love and His abundant life.
We wish to help people in need, showing God’s love outside our surroundings where people are suffering, immerse in extreme poverty. We also want to bring a message of hope to those prisoners kept in jails, giving them the opportunity to know God’s love, and everything He has to offer them.

Offering Help to Prisoners kept in Jails
Our Purpose
To bring a message of hope to each person kept in different jails of the city, as well as, bringing moral, spiritual and material help to each one of them.

Activities
To visit Prisons and Rehabilitation Centers at the following Schedule:
Women Days / Hours / Penitentiary Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (San Jorge and/or Santa Maria) Saturday: 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. (San Pedro) Sunday: 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. (Santa Monica)
Men Days / Hours / Penitentiary Sunday: 10:30 to 3:00 (San Jorge) Sunday: 9:00 to 5:00 (San Pedro)
Activities
Recollection of food, clothes, sandals, shoes, diapers for babies and adults, toys, medicines, school supplies and all kind of goods intended to bless people in need.
All collected things are treated in order to bring better quality. We verify the condition and cleanness of clothes and shoes.
In the months of February and August, we delivered food and clothes to Pastors in different provinces of Peru. At the same time, they help others in their own town or communities.
We are also helping people who are affected by nature disasters such as earthquakes. In August 2007, the city of Pisco -South from Lima- suffered with a strong earthquake and we were able to bring food, lots of clothes and shoes to help these people in need.
In emergencies caused by cold winters, we bring clothes, blankets and goods that help them keep warm.
What are we called to do?
We´ve been called to reach children, young, and adults, living in extreme poverty, sleeping and eating in the streets, by bringing God’s love and teaching them the Word of God.
What do we wish to reach?
To build a house for emergencies, with the idea of bringing people we rescue from the streets, and provide for them until we placed them in institutions where they can be secure and protected.
To build an orphanage, where children that had been rescued from very poor homes may received moral, spiritual and psychological education.
What activities are we developing? What are the schedules?
Every week we bring food and clothes to people living in very poor areas of Lima city.
Breakfast under Santa Rosa bridge (Sundays 9:00 to 10:30)
Breakfast under Caqueta Bridge (Sundays 9:00 to 10:30)
Lunch at Catedral de Fe Church (Sundays 1:30 to 3:00)
Evangelism Classes. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
According to their need, we will take sick people from poor sections of the city to hospitals or clinics to receive medical attention.
We help people to get their social security papers in order, so they can be helped by that institution.
What have we achieved?
We have been able to reach people from very poor areas of the city, who were once in critical conditions. These men and women had been established to society and are now growing in faith, following Jesus Christ as their Savior.

What kind of resources do we need?
